Our Policies

Deposits

A deposit of $250 is required at time of booking. The non-refundable balance will be automatically charged on your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival date. Your credit card will stay on file until your date of departure.

Booking

A minimum stay of 7 nights is required.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be fully refunded up until 30 days before your arrival.

Damage Policy

A damage fee will be applied to your credit card if the chalet has incurred any damages during your stay with us.

Pet Policy

We are proud to offer pet friendly chalets. Contact us to register your pet(s) at booking. A fee of 75 $ per pet will be added to your weekly reservation charge.
